Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California residents can direct us not to sell or share their personal information, and can ask us to show, correct, or delete what we hold. These rights come from the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended.

How our sharing works

When you submit a quote request we share it with licensed insurance agents and companies so they can quote you. Under California law some of that counts as selling or sharing. Opting out stops it for your information.

How to exercise your rights

Send your request through the contact page with the subject line CCPA request, or write to the operator address in the footer. Tell us which right you are exercising and the contact details you used, so we can find your record. We respond within the time the law sets, and we will never treat you differently for opting out.

Authorized agents

You can use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for proof that you gave them permission.
